The Lord has called Shara and I to travel and minister.  In order to fulfill the vision and direction that God has given us, we must have tools that enable us to travel efficiently and effectively while protecting the anointing.  The Lord is expanding our vision.  We are expecting ministry expansion and more open doors to preach the Gospel.  If your vision does not grow, you will become stagnant in your faith and ability to accomplish the things that God has called you to do in your life.  We are stretching from the inside in preparation to be sent at a higher level.
Romans 10:14-15 How then shall they call on Him in whom they have not believed? And how shall they believe in Him of whom they have not heard? And how shall they hear without a preacher? And how shall they preach unless they are sent?

When traveling to minister, it is not just getting to a destination that matters, but the condition you’re in when you arrive.  It is critical to arrive in a condition prepared to minister.  Protecting the anointing is of primary essence.  Airlines are downsizing and eliminating flights in smaller cities.  Having access to a plane allows evangelists and teachers to better serve the people especially in these under-served areas.

The Lord enabled me to attend flight school this spring to train on flying a larger aircraft that would expand and widen our capabilities.  Our current aircraft is limited in cold weather due to lack of de-ice equipment, single engine safety precautions, and size.  As a result, we have put our faith on equipment that enables us expand our abilities in the Kingdom. 

Our current aircraft has been used to spread the Gospel in numerous ways such as:

  • Traveling to minister and preach the Good News
  • Helping families in need
  • I remember one circumstance when there was no commercial way to get to a situation before the next afternoon.  The Lord allowed us to be a part of the manifestation of His goodness by transporting a family so they could minister the Love of Jesus that evening to their family. 
  • Transporting other ministers, enabling them to preach the Gospel while protecting the anointing and adding days to their lives to accomplish what the Lord has called them to do in the Kingdom.  This is one of the greatest honors in which the Lord has personally allowed me to participate. 

The current ministry equipment has been maintained and is in excellent condition for its vintage; although, we are believing for a few upgrades to prepare the plane for resale.

Aviation is not a luxury item but a necessity for what God has called us to do in ministry. 

The aircraft we are considering is known as a Golden Eagle.  We are trusting in God for $300,000.00 to cover the aviation needs to upgrade the existing plane and acquire a new twin engine plane.  The initial investment and upgrade for our Bonanza will take $30,000.00.
